In the 40th meeting held on the 12th of March 2010, The IMC Council decided on the licensing of broadcasters of the third phase.

At its regular meeting the IMC Council unanimously elected Mr. Agim Sopi as a responsible person to represent the IMC Council until its completion.

The Council of the Independent Media Commission will held the next meeting on Tuesdy, 3 March 2010. The meeting of the IMC Council will take place at the Office of IMC, starting from 12.00 hrs.
 

Statement on the Decision of the Media Appeals Board on the appeals against Regulations of the IMC Council

Seeks nominations for the selection of two candidates for the IMC Media Appeals Board (MAB), since the 3 years-mandate of two actual members expires. MAB members are designated by the Supreme Court and are appointed by the Assembly of Republic of Kosovo.
